Insurance rates, coverage options, and provider policies are subject to change and may vary based on individual circumstances. The final terms of any insurance policy are determined by the insurance provider.
Consultations may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling appointments and to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
The fees for our Services are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, with such changes taking effect when posted on our website. Changes will not affect already-paid fees for upcoming scheduled consultations.
Payment for Services must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EUROCOVER INSURANCE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EUROCOVER INSURANCE FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION WILL APPLY EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EuroCover Insurance, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' Content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Denmark, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
YOU AND EUROCOVER INSURANCE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by EuroCover Insurance on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and EuroCover Insurance concerning the Services.
No waiver by EuroCover Insurance of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of EuroCover Insurance to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms without the prior written consent of EuroCover Insurance, but EuroCover Insurance may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
